A year ago we were literally getting excited over 1 song doing 900K, 5-10 songs doing 500K, and maybe the Top 20 doing 300K.
I can't believe Spotify is still so rapidly growing, and this is with Apple Music & TIDAL coming along.

I wonder if what Adele achieved with "Hello" will be the norm in a couple of years. Looking at how sharply Spotify is growing, it's plausible.

I still wonder how large of an audience Adele would've reached on AI & HRS had ACs flip to Christmas not happened when Hello was rapidly building momentum. That could've kept it at #1 longer at Top 40 and Hot AC had they seen truly amazing airplay audience totals, and would've helped at Rhythmic and Smooth Jazz too.

Neither of the songs had vocals of the other them. The only similarity was the beat. Pt. 2 and Panda both have the same vocals on them with pt. 2 having a verse from Kanye.

Still those are 2 different songs, they shouldn't merge the streams. Same happens with songs which samples old ones
