No shade but it's still kinda shocking see JB being the most downloaded Sim. You'd have thought times have shifted a little bit but he's still there slaying a little bit. I need that Christina sim to go #1 though.

So I created my first generation heir for my Blonde Ambition Legacy. His name is Trevor Cyrus. But...little did I know that it would be hard as hell to find a blonde WOMAN roaming around my neighborhood of Santa Carla, even with Downtown and Bluewater Village chosen. There are a ton of blonde MEN roaming around, but not a lot of blonde women. I managed to get the Gypsy to hook me up with the blonde grocery delivery girl, only to find out that there is a glitch where she and other NPCS won't appear in the phonebook. Which sucked.

So I luckily managed to find a blonde bartender at one of those poker places that came with downtown named Lucy and she has the Popularity Aspiration. So they'll work out fine. She has fugly hair but I can easily make her over once she moves in (I'd have to anyway just to get her out of her bartender outfit).

Trevor's Lifetime Want is to become Chief of Staff. I was actually very fortunate that it was the very first job in the newspaper on the very first day of playing him. He's now an intern and 23 days away from becoming an elder. I probably won't use Elixir on him since he is a dude, even though the Legacy Challenge rules state I can use Elixir. But he's a guy so I don't have to worry about him missing days of work to be with a baby or that type of stuff.

I'm going to make sure the second generation heir is a girl since she'll have plenty of men to choose from.

Actually I just remembered Bridgeport is part of Late Night. That is one of the only worlds in the Sims 3 that SLAYS so you should get it just for that tbh

Oh yeah, I forgot to mention that I thought Marisa Bendett would show up since townies are usually the welcome wagon in The Sims 2 for custom neighborhoods, but alas, Gilbert Jacquet, Lisa Ramirez and Wanda Tinker show up. I guess that's karma for killing all three when I attached Bluewater Village to Pleasantview

I already know The Sims 4 won't be worth it because even after a 4 year hiatus of not playing The Sims 2, I can still play it for hours on end and not get bored. That rarely happens when I play TS3 and with so many things removed in TS4 I would probably get bored of it easily.

However, my TS2 gameplay is a little more timely this time around. I guess I know how to control my addiction to it these days. I try to play it in the afternoon if I'm not out of the house and if I do play, I try to end at a certain time so I can go walk my dogs and listen to music during the evening.

In addition, I've noticed that I don't use cheats as much. I seem to be doing a much better job at taking care of my Sims while still managing for them to have lives. I mainly use the Energizer Rewards object to boost all their needs up. It does WONDERS for college students btw.
