No not quite. Serperior isn't good of course but Emboar is no better. I see Serperior used more in NU and it's actually decent sometimes as a subseeder.

Corsola, you know I tried with Snivy but she's just too basic for me, outside of the anime that is.

I thought we were talking about designs But if you're talking about power and all that none of them are particularly that useful Serperior ain't really designed to be powerful (unless they legalize Contrary hihihihi ) but I'd use anything over Emboar tbh
