The mysterious vibe
The cool synths in the pre-chorus that is MISSING from the album version
The simple drums during the verses compared to the noisy 'industrial' sounding instrumental on the album

All music artists are inspired by other music artists. That's nothing new.

But could you imagine being a Madonna, MJ, Beatles fan and one day picking up a kids comic book and seeing all of their music videos, costumes, album fonts, and song concepts had been stolen from a comic book character. I would feel so embarrassed for being tricked into thinking my favorite artist was talented and original.
