The Born This Way music videos (sans Judas) are just so tragic. I'm watching all her music videos right and the drop down in quality is just staggering. I still love Marry The Night's but it takes like 10 minutes to get to the actual music video.. BTW was eh, TEOG was trash, You and I is a disaster. Hope we see her with some directors this next era (though the Artpop film was good and Applause was pretty visually)!

Happy that we're moving to the acclaim-giving C2C era that might have some surprise sales (I'm here for the applause acclaim but would happily take some older people sales), but at the same time as much as the ART side of things really did flop I feel bad since she really tried and really wanted this to connect. Why does Swine get so much hate by monsters?
It's one of my favourite Gaga songs. The beat is amazing and the chorus is so powerful. People seemed to like it at iTunes festival but now they don't, why is that? The two version are hardly different

They are extremely different. The one at iTunes festival was rock influenced, had a piano interlude that built up the actual song very well, and had the iconic squeals during the beat drop.

Eh I wouldn't say that it was extremely different. The lil intro was removed on the album version and that's pretty much all that changed as far as I can tell, the rest of the song is basically the same, and the squeals were a mess so thank god


I DO love the extended leaked version though.

The iTunes version just sounds 'harder', and I think a major part of it is the fact you have the audience as a backing track. The album version just sounds empty in comparison.

I understand what you mean actually, the sound of the audience fits into the chaos of the song very well and makes it a lot more powerful.

One of my personal faves on ARTPOP actually. I think a lot of people just try to push it as some generic song because it has an electronic breakdown in it. I'm not bothered by it though.

Hmmm actually the vocals on the demo one sound really unpolished and ugly You're free to disagree as I'm sure you do but the only thing that I love about the demo version about that song is the extended instrumental which they could have tacked on as a bonus or something.
