Nice to hear a good response from people who've heard the album, but I feel like people are setting their expectations too high. I saw fans on Twitter claiming they think the album will make the GP "like" Gaga again ... Really?

The thing is, it's a jazz album in 2014. Who knows members of the general public that openly use and bop to jazz records? I know Tony's past albums had solid debuts, but they were duet albums and received more attention for having so many high profile collabs / features. This is just Tony and Gaga. I'm sure the album will give Gaga the acclaim she lost during ARTPOP thanks to CTS showcasing her vocals, talent and versatility but it isn't going to be some public pleasing selling smash album that will apparently "revive" her career.

This album is aimed at the Adele demographic, the parents/grandparents of teens who like her albums, the age range which don't know how to illegally download an album or stream on spotify

It'll probably give her other albums a boost up the charts
