Katy's instagram post about planned parenthood was really emotional - I was here for it! She really is speaking out and in some ways this election feels like the first time we've seen and heard "real" Katy for a long time.

Is that something that bothers ya'll? TBH we give Bey and Taylor a lot of stick for being perfectionists, but I feel like Katy hides behind this quirky personality, which is cute, but doesn't feel totally authentic. But anyway, now she IS being authentic and I really appreciate, and admire her, for speaking out so strongly.

I really really really have had my respect for her multiply intensely.
