That's Vin's entire persona. He exists to piss off Little Monsters. He's literally the most blatant troll I've ever come across on the internet... There's a serious double standard when he gets reported 40+ times a month and only gets 2 or 3 actual points.
I, on the other hand, enjoy Reel Cool. It's an unreleased b-side from like, 2007. Of course it's not as good as her current stuff. For what it is, though, it's a fun relic from old Gaga.
