I don't know if it is a flop or not, I don't know what it's the usual numbers for a re-release, I just know that fearless did 100K...and fearless has sold 3 timess more albums than teenage dream so 40k is maybe not bad, we also have to notice that, this re-release only have 3 new songs, and part of me was released before, while fearless platinum edition had 6 new songs
So i think 30-40k are bad numbers, but not very bad
