True. I actually have a pretty embarrassing CD purchase moment unrelated to MC though..
A few years ago I was buying one of my faves Alexandra Burke's debut album on release day at a supermarket (Amazing British singer, look her up!) and when I got to the counter the CD wasn't in the case and apparently the employee had to go and get the CD separately. Instead of doing it quietly though, she refused to get off her lazy ass and instead decided to shout "This guy wants Alexandra Burke's CD please!!!!" to another employee to go and get it for me...so there I was, 6ft teenage guy getting stared out by everyone walking by. I cringe thinking about that moment! Amazing album though .

Well yeah . Not like she needed it though, it opened at number 1, stayed there for 3 weeks, sold 4 million copies and had 3 number 1 singles on it...Slay Alex, Slay!

I buy everything Digitally on Amazon now tho. I have some messy grand scheme that gets me $5 for MP3 on every new Amazon account I make.

I made like 10 accounts today alone, and got like 30 new songs + 2 new albums. During Christmas my iTunes gained like 400 songs

Atleast the money goes to the artists, and the copies count towards the sale number.

I rarely buy CDs in stores nowadays, mostly because my local Best Buy is 20 minutes away, but also because I'm still embarrassed to buy albums by pop gurls.

The only Mariah albums I bought in stores were Rainbow, Butterfly, MTV Unplugged, Glitter, Charmbracelet, and TEOM. All the others I got off Amazon.
