Because creationism believes that humans in their current already evolved form were put on earth by god while science clearly provides evidence that humans in fact had ancestors that through the process of evolution came to be in it's current form. Proof of evolution can be found in the current human body as well. Take for example the appendix that once played a role in the digestive system of our ancestors when they ate largely plant based food but now serves no real purpose

I am well aware of that? I don't know what part of my respsonse indicated that I don''t know the most basic thing about evolution. Survival of the fittest does not mean that the end result is a perfect species, which you still haven't defined for me.

And yet it's still there... Evolution is slacking then... I don't really believe in God, but I do believe in Creationism. And who's to tell us God, if he exists, didn't create people in our current form, and part of them didn't regress into the cavemen you're talking about, and then they got extinct?

I know it takes time, 10 million years is enough time and mind you that diseases keep adding up instead of diminishing. I believe that if evolution were true, there'd be a fairer repartition of cerebral power among species.
