No, Jack said they met at either the Europe MTV awards or World Awards. He said he like her right away, coz she was real not fake. But I can't remember which award show or if it was 2012 or 2013. But it wasn't in the US.
The TCAs 2012 were in August, not July.
And you mean the KCAs which are in March, that's when they met.
