i agree with you because i remember when pills n potion came out, one of the producers tweeted that it was the weakest track on the album. I personally feel like Nicki is interested in creating some type of shock value or extreme anticipation as in she's saving the best for last, or trying to shock the hell out of the public when the album comes out. I can see the atrl post now, " why did she choose pills n potions as a single with all these gems etc etc"

i also agree nicki is competitive, she's never been one to choose the background etc. she's up for any challenge

i'm glad rhytmic welcomed pills n potion with open arms, this song is truly a different feel from her, she's never released something of this nature

Just heard the song, its a snoozefest. I was expecting some epic build up to the chorus not this basic uncreative "I still love" lyric repeated a dozen times

I don't think this song will do much, in before a new single is announced and this being tagged as a radio only promo single.

Nope, not at all. That's why so many people are disappointed with it on here.

I love the song, but the way she described it doesn't fit the song at all. I expected something more epic, emotional, heart wrenching, & innovative; maybe like Catch Me or something so I'm a little disappointed. It's a sad song but isn't "Urgency, running, fainting, *gasp*" like she said it would be.

I still think it's when of her best lead singles though & I love it, I just think she could've described it differently or used different words.

lol i'll take that as a no from you but i favor the way how the
"i still love" part comes into play
it definitely sounds emotional and as in betrayal i guess you can hear it in her voice and lyricism

if anything the description she provided works perfectly for catch me ! and i agree i believe most people are stressing because the their comparing it to the first single of the last album, starships.

idk what is it, but theres always a lot of pressure put on nicki especially since her success and new found competition. i sympathize with her because it's not easy being her career wise.
