It is so simple indeed, she is one song away from being an it girl again which is why I'd still opt for Gypsy as a single.
Yes it's perhaps "basic" for the flamboyant twinks perhaps but that is exactly what will do well on mainstream radio and that's the support you need to be hip and happening again.
