Freedom is arguably the best song on the album idk how people can see it as being towards the bottom
It's so POWERFUL, the production, the vocals, the message, the live performance. A song!
I mean the "I break chains all by myself, won't let my freedom rot in hell" part with the drums and symbols smashing in the background alone
Yeah,i feel like Kanye could have killed it,especialy the screaming part.
kanye would've made it about himself & went off topic rambling about other things that don't make sense to the song. all his rap features with Beyonce have been horrible.

Yeah I am also not really the biggest fan of most of his work with Bey
Is it bad I didn't give any song more than a 9? I just don't consider any song to be THAT good. A 10/11 would be something like Love On Top or Crazy in Love, a timeless classic (in the making). I just don't feel Lemonade has any such song.
It is perfectly fine! I'm not much into it either, I find Lemonade to be her most unappealing work yet. I did give a couple 10s and the 11 'cause some songs deserve it.
^
What i meant it that Kanye would have flowed better and sounded better in the screaming part,it would have sounded natural and not forced like Kendrick's screaming.
Listened to DIL album...its a solid R&B debut album. this is probably her most straight forward R&B album...b/c after this...she started doing a lot of fusing.
i use all the songs with the exception of That's How You Like It...sometimes Hip Hop Star & Daddy. i'm iffy with those 2. Daddy has always been a semi guilty pleasure....b/c its soulful & churchy especially as it gets to the bridge.
"Gift From Virgo" is only credited to Beyonce....its a little underdeveloped....but I've always liked it b/c it gives off a jazzy/neo soul Jill Scott vibe.
One thing I noticed about most of Beyoncé's music(even as a non Stan)during the early stages of her solo career ,was that they never aged.Even if CIL,baby boy or me myself and I were released today they'll still slay.

You know what's so funny? Majority of the ST videos were on YouTube for months before they officially went up on Vevo. I lalso feel like they'll never be on YouTube until the era is over tbh.
