The album app had to be troys idea. He must of known about Jay Z's app an thought it would be cool to try to get Gaga to promote hers sooner to make it appear that she was the first to come up with that idea. As seen in 2013 lots of other apps were released for albums. ARTPOP was supposed to be the more interactive one but as we see it's a complete mess. I think they abandoned it and put too much on their plate before release date and decided to put that lousy timer on it.


Another lie Troy made about the app was that it's platform would be used by other artists but ain't nobody else is using that mess. And I doubt they we will. That had to be his investment.
