People also think 'Re-Invention' means weird outfits or stuff in that vein but, if you analyze Madonna's career (especially back in the 90's) , THAT'S what a true Re-Invention is all about.
Vogue > I'm Breathless(the album) + Dick Tracy (the movie) > The Blond Ambition World Tour > Justify My Love > Truth or Dare > This Used To Be My Plaground > The Sex Book + Erotica > The Girlie Show > Bedtime Stories > Something To Remember > EVITA > RAY OF LIGHT .
What a rollercoaster . That , alone , shows why she's one of a kind .
One could think of many adjectives to describe Madonna but, if I had to choose only one, that'd be 'Fearless' .

I think everyone hates it until they mature a little and can relate to it more. It's one of her most inaccessible albums but one of her best tbh.
