it was low quality version and it was 30 seconds snippet!!! it sounds like between ballad and country song I think!! no ,it doesn't sound like the instrumental!!
then how can we be sure that it was it? was it definitely her voice???
to make things more confusing..........it seems like OfficialMedia did leak snippets of new Neon Hitch songs? they're on their soundcloud. I don't think anyone had them first. so they do legitimate things every once in a while I guess

They leaked a song or 2 from Demi Lovato's last album too. They're reliable about 1 out of 30 times
EDIT : they delete it maybe!!!
