Not really, though I know Katie used to post an annual list of reporting stats for each individual base thread around January and that it'd usually shed light on who was reporting the most in each fanbase thread, but I guess she decided to stop doing that or got too busy to.

If a base closes from being inactive, is there a way to open it again? Or is it based on demand or something? And if the original OP doesn't update it, does someone else?

The answers to all these questions can be found in the rules

You can send a help request to reopen a closed base if the artist is being active again. If the OP is inactive you can also send a help request to have the OP changed to you another user.
