Isn't that the point of teasing the video with pictures, teasers etc? To get fans excited and hyped? It's not our fault if the pics are better than the actual video, i.e. the KIB teaser showcasing the only eventful part of the whole video.
And even if we got no teasers, it's pretty fair to expect that an A-list superstar will put some level of effort in the videos of her joint second singles off of an album that she's passionate about...
I'm already over my disappointment with the NM video, it is what it is. But give people the right to fume a bit.
The point of stills is to hype the release a lil bit. How is her fault people has a starstruck versus thrillers of james franco pictures in their head? She practically did nothing wrong cos she announced the video one day before. Like wtf?! They had these expectations since pics leaked online which it wasnt rih who leaked them.

It is a mini movie tho. It has a story line ffs. The lenght its not a factor to call a video mini movie. Or much better said, not the only factor. Nobody told you it will be 7-15 minutes long. You set that.
