Yes. As long as you have 5 entries, it doesn't matter what the source is.
When I'm judging, I'm going to be looking at:
1. Whether the graphic fits the text of the post
2. Whether the graphic is from Inside Out (not a major factor, but still something that I'll consider)
3. Whether the graphic is unique (if 25 teams use the same gif for Madness, they'll all get less points than the teams that didn't use it)
