Bruno Mars continues to rule my chart, extending his lead of the longest running #1 on my daily chart to a complete 2 weeks with "Grenade." Mars should keep in mind that the spot is not permanent as Lady Gaga, John Mayer, and Eminem (who returns to the top 3 with Space Bound once again) all are waiting to take the top spot.
It's anybody's game right now since Monster is starting to stall while "Space Bound" and "Assassin" keep on growing. If "Space Bound" returns to #1, it will be the first time a song returns to #1 at four separate times, the song also holds the record for doing it three times. If Assassin does, it will tie Space Bound.
"Oh Santa" drops out of the top 5 after reaching #3 a couple of days back. I dont think a holiday song will top the chart this year at least because I'm getting tired of Christmas music, well I'm tired of them already, i work in retail and that's all they play.

Lady Gaga returns to the #1 spot in a little over 4 months. Lady Gaga had the very first #1 "Telephone" and the two longest running #1s of the year, Telephone (6 weeks) and Alejandro (5 weeks & 4 days).
This is her fourth #1 on the chart, putting her in a 2-way tie with John Mayer for third place with most #1s, trailing only Rihanna (6 #1s) and Taylor Swift (5 #1s).
The song stops Grenade's 14 day reign at the top, the longest streak at #1 in the chart's history. Monster becomes the second song to top the chart with the same title of a previous song. LTWYL and LTWYL (Pt. II) by Eminem and Rihanna where the other two songs to achieve that and Gaga matches the 4 day #1 song "Monster" by Kanye West feat. Jay-Z, Rick Ross, and Nicki Minaj.

Another day, another chart. I couldnt post yesterday so today's chart will be based on the last two days.
Today was the battle of the #1s as 4 previous #1s were fighting to come back to the top, them being incumbent "Monster" by Lady Gaga, "Grenade" by Bruno Mars, "Space Bound" by Eminem and "Assassin" by John Mayer and the dark horse that took the top spot out of nowhere.
The song that retakes the top spot is..............
What's My Name?- Rihanna feat. Drake
The song first hit #1 for 3 day at the beginning of October and after falling down in the chart and placing at #6 yesterday it finally returns to the top. The song had the most plays in my computer and ipod and was the song i heard the most thus giving it its ranking. The song becomes Rihanna's second song to return to #1 and she becomes the first female artist in my chart (after John Mayer) to return to #1 after 2 other songs hit #1.
In Other news, Bruno Mars debuts another top 10, adding a 4th top 10 and his 3rd solo to the chart. "Runaway Baby" might even become his 2nd #1 but its too early to say that. At the same time "Grenade" fails to match "Space Bound"'s record of most consecutive days in the top 2, something that Eminem did for more than 20 days, Bruno only did it for 18 days, still not bad for the many records that he has broken.
