Ugh I want to start working out so bad but everyone in my class started going to the gym and I feel left out because I don't wanna go there
I've never done any exercice at all and I'm too skinny for my age, can someone help me? I don't even know how to get started, can I even work out at my home without having anything? I have no dumbbells, no machines, no weights, nothing. Is it possible?
