I think the problem with LMD being 59p is that people didn't know it was out so the 59p wouldn't make a difference.

That is exactly why LMD didn't make the top 100. People didn't know she had a new single, yes there an advert that was constantly played but nobody knew that was Pixie's new single (in the public's eyes). The radio didn't play it, but her label didn't book any interviews or TV slots, whereas with Nasty she was CONSTANTLY on the TV and it got her another top 10 hit.
Saying that though, since she performed Lay Me Down on Weekend on ITV, it's re-entered the top 200 on iTunes UK... if she had more TV slots, then it could have done so well.
