It’s a tough one. It is a fierce, empowering themed video. Very good elements: the kick at the end; some of the strutting after the 3 minute mark. However, some of the execution of the video felt….lifeless. Mostly the beginning of the song was like the visual equivalent of a filler in an album. I wasn’t even here for you to confirm this with me and you sent this in without talking to me. But if I was, this would have been the exact same video I’d advise. Fierce doesn’t have to be fire, spectacle e.t.c (although that is one type of fierce, not knocking it). This was fierce choreography wise and it’s sharp clean lines. Just perfectly simplistic.

They have good songs! All of the songs you sent, I liked, but again it lacks fierceness and I think you can not really deny it. The concept of the video may come of as fierce because the actress is getting over it but as for your artist, they're not really doing much. Great song, nevertheless (i know you hate me right now, but if you want, I'd appreciate a list of their best songs).

I mean, we already pretty much discussed this in our conversation when we came together and picked this one. Tegan & Sara are very disadvantaged compared to all the other artists remaining. They're very different in their music, looks, etc. and this challenge is yet another example of that. There isn't much fierceness in this but there is plenty of class and it's pretty much as fierce as they could possibly get with their type of style, so it's really better than nothing. If you do go this round, which is unfortunately very possible, you definitely did an amazing job representing T+S and it's surprising how you got this far with all the struggles and bumps in the road, including this.

Great song, can’t take that away from it. Just a shame the video let it down slightly. It’s not horrible enough for me to not give it half marks but it’s nothing greater to give it past average. I tend to make this comment to lots of artist throughout the season. It’s lacklustre, and not in a simplistic way but in a dull way. I’m so sorry. I must be the piano fixation that just wouldn’t get off the screen.

This was a nice pick. The only thing I can kinda complain about is that the video just moves so fast. It's a lot to take in just a 3 minute and 24 second duration. Also, for some reason the scenes with the orange dresses annoyed me a lot. They were really repetitive. But that's nothing to really do with the fierceness, which is definitely present.

You know what is annoying? It's that this video's looks are really fierce and I have been accused of being biased. Giving you a higher rate will make those bitches think: "Oh I exposed him so he will now give Sky a good rate". Please, Dancehall don't think that is the reason your score is higher, you may come off as disappointed. The thing is that the colors of the video, her lipstick, her glasses, her leather jacket, they really work, she is fierce here! It is not a 10 because the other 10s I gave are fiercer.

This is a decent pick, but not the best of the pack. I don't really get the sense of fierceness from this except for the scenes in her rocker-esque outfits, which you can tell she's comfortable in. I'm not too familiar with Sky so maybe it was a similar issue to pick a video like with Tegan & Sara. Different styles and attitudes than what we mostly see in the mainstream.

I was going to give you six but I live for the 5 second mark so I hadd to slightly inflate your score. I personally felt those were the fiercest moments. The hair swishing, jacket fidgeting and posing moments. But apart from that the video becomes dreary and the other scenes just didn’t cut it. I still couldn’t mark you too low because I think the solo moments are still more memorable than the other scenes.
Unlike other games your points aren't accumulative. One day you are in, the next day you are out. Each vote against you was counted as 5 but that wouldn't be enough for Tegan and Sara to stay in the competition. Congrats for making it this far, you even beat Jennifer and Kylie!
