Touche. I'm probably using them synonymously when I shouldn't be. However, maybe he didn't lack awareness but I think it's safe to say he lacked unbiased knowledge. He made a general assertion which had nothing to do with anything and used a benefit to further his own agenda. In my eyes, I deem him opinionated, sure but a bit ignorant as well. I can be ignorant too, I think we all can be. Don't act like he's not...even if it's just a small fraction.
I personally believe some of his lyrics and convictions make him sound ignorant. I'm sorry if this makes you mad. I you asked for an example, I gave you one that I thought proved my point. Now we can move on because we're not going to change each other's minds.
I gave the entire album a fair chance and overall, I thought it was alright. I just think that he's become a product of hype and that people are more excited it's his music rather than actual quality throughout. Not saying the whole thing is bad, I just think some of it is not particularly good. I also acknowledge that his music is not up my alley and was not made for me. I'm glad you seem to be enjoying it though!
