Synopsis:
The third single from the 21 era in the United States and the UK was also Adele's third consecutive number one single from the album, "Set Fire to the Rain". The song describes the contradictory elements of a relationship, and the impossibility of letting go. Adele's only song remaining is "Rolling in the Deep".
Voter Response:
Even though some say "Set Fire..." is one of the worst amongst Adele's singles, it was a clear favorite to do much better than almost all of her tracks early on in the rate. A solid amount of 9s and 10s brought it all the way to #11, however, a few very low scores keep it just short of our top ten.
