Is the album really that bad? I'm downloading right now.
It's not "bad" but it's not exactly "great" either. A lot of the songs blend together to me. The songs are cute but I'm not going "OMG EPIC" over any of the unheard tracks.

The songs we have heard thus far through promo singles have strayed from her typical "Taylor sound." Do the rest of the album tracks sound like typical Taylor songs?

I mean it's hard to explain. They're country-ish but they're like kinda stripped down country. They don't have the UMPH that a lot of her country songs normally have. There's no You Belong With Me, Our Song, Mine, etc etc. No explosive sing along choruses and stuff like that.
