When you created the thread, you should have chose the "Poll" option rather than "Discussion", as it would have automatically redirected you to poll options after you hit submit.
Click "Actions" and then "Add Poll" to create one -
if the option is available, I can't remember which categories allow it.
Aside from the OP, only moderators can add polls, so you'll have to send a Help Request and ask for one to be added. Although, I'm not sure if they'll care to spend time on that particular thread, since they aren't fond of "hot celeb" threads.
