I'm white and I genuinely believe that racism towards white people doesn't exist. There's too many cards stacked in my favour, and too many institutionalised benefits (especially regarding employment) for me be offended by someone on the internet saying something like "white people can't dance." Especially considering I can dance
I'm talking about overt, disgusting racism though. Obviously it wouldn't have to be a blanket rule. The mods assess each report individually anyway, so I don't see why having a "racism" category would be any different. It would be a deterrent for extremely racist posts. If people think they have 10 points to play with, then one of those can be used to say something incredibly racist, and by then the damage is done. People of that ethnicity have already read it and been personally offended by it.
