If she was truly abused and raped, and if she was truly standing up for herself, she would have gone to the police/hospital and gotten hard DNA evidence immediately. Clearly, she didn't and in retrospect, she's beating herself up that she didn't (IF her allegations of her being inappropriately touched is true). Otherwise, she has no admissible proof.

I agree with this. Unfortunately, you can't win a court case by word of mouth. You need actual evidence.

Ur stupid. Abuse doesn't work like that, there's a whole host of psychological/emotional impacts that may stop you from collecting evidence. That's why so few rape cases are ever solved.
