There's such a huge double standard when it comes to Gaga/Katy. On one hand, Gaga is a genius for dressing in bizarre costumes because it kept her relevant. Then on another, Katy is a talentless hack because just like Gagz, she's stuck to her own formula that has kept her relevant.
