LINKIN PARK
WAITING FOR THE END
A Thousand Suns
Days: 36 | Peak: 01[8]
"Waiting For The End" is easily one of the best tracks from their experimental album. The effects and sounds used, from the heavy drum beats to the scratchy guitars -- everything is just breathtaking. I love how the song builds up towards the chorus and towards the epic end where everything just blows up. Not to mention Chester's soothing voice in the verses and chorus as well as Mike's amazing rap execution add some more crisp to the song. Amazing music video too.
ADAM LAMBERT
WHATAYA WANT FROM ME
For Your Entertainment
Days: 53 | Peak: 01[8]
After the tragic single "For Your Entertainment," Glambert had caught me off guard with this Grammy nominated song "Whataya Want From Me." I never really expected that I would actually like a song from him, but when I first heard this on Youtube, the edgy rock vibe just made me rape the repeat button. I loved it so much that it did entered my countdown even without the official music video. His vocals really fit this type of sound. I hope to hear more of the Whataya Adam and less of the FYE Adam in the future.
