yes, the 77 cents on the dollar statistic.
But it's general and negates the fact that men CHOOSE to enter jobs that women generally avoid which also happen to be HIGHER PAYING such as ANY engineering role, garbage men, electricians, construction
vs
popular female-heavy jobs like teaching, customer service, etc.
I feel like if you evened things out and just looked at job by job, women aren't really earning much less if at all.

If "studies" showed racism was dead, would you believe it? And this data is kind of futile since the US population is comprised of more females than males.
