I swear to god, I saw a screenshot of someone buying this on iTunes, and they were talking about how it didn't say Hollywood Records in the copyrights.

Did I imagine that?
I saw it too, that's why I thought it was on iTunes until I went to kworb and checked "Demi Lovato" and Body Say was nowhere to be found

Oh, I think they're releasing it on iTunes around 6 ~ 7 AM similar to CFTS. They'll build up the streaming first beforehand, since that's her weak point.

I hope you're right. I don't want to get my hopes too high anyway, we all know Demi and her team.
I'm sure many Demi stans will recognise me as a Demi hater, and while I still don't like her personality or much of her past music, I think this shows great progression and I love the song. I'll be supporting it, and hope the album will be just as great.
Releasing this only for streaming services is the most stupid idea. It won't significally help her streaming power, because iTunes users and Spotify users are different targets usually. It will just hurt her chart position.
Unless they want to release it on iTunes later on, when the song is bigger on the radio and the music video is out.... I don't know.... it could work.
