I loved watching SM growing up but now looking back, boy-oh-boy was the animation drawing a huge mess compared to the new anime! The new anime is sooooo beautiful and detailed. The girls look way prettier like their manga counterparts.

IMO, this type of art style worked for the manga but it isn't working for the anime.

I like the old anime's art style a lot better.
