He endangered the lives of countless people last night by taking to the streets after consuming alcohol, smoking marijuana, and using prescription medication. Legally, he is an adult, and he will be treated and charged as one in the court systems. Stop trying to justify his behavior by saying "He's just a kid! We all do stupid things at this age."

What I'm saying is the term adult to me is someone who shows responsibility. By me saying he's a kid, he's being an idiot. I was trying to insult him without getting in trouble but I failed miserably.
