I don't think it's photoshopped, but she is posing in a way to give the impression of a thigh gap. It's not uncommon for professional photo shoots, models do this all the time. The sad part is that it's now a new obsession for some girls.

I've never noticed if she has one or not, but if she does it's certainly not as big as it looks on the cover, which is clearly exaggerated.
