I don't consider Back To Heaven a flop tbh I think everyone knows and likes it. I was actually so surprised when I saw someone saying they don't like it on here.
All too Well would have never smashed on Pop. Stay and WIWYM are pop ballads and ATW isn't. A Pop remix would have ruined ATW completely.

No, lol. All Too Well would've been her most acclaimed single by the GP, I think. Comparing it to BTD kinda doesn't make sense since the RED era was at it's momentum at the beginning of 2013 which the Speak Now era never had singles wise. + Radio would've eaten it up along with the likes of Stay, When I Was Your Man.

Probably that version would have done better on Pop radio. I still have doubt that it would have done anything on Pop. Pop radio does not like too much long complicated words in the song.
Just listened to an in-depth Jack Antonoff interview.
In it, he mentions matter-of-factly that he was in a studio working with Max Martin on something in the last few weeks.....Reading between the lines, it probably was for Taylor.
