It doesn't mean anything to me either, but she still shouldn't use it because it does mean something to some of her fans and other gay people, which is a stupid thing for her to do since her fanbase is 99% gay men, and people don't see those tweets as her "meaning" of the word. They see it as malicious.
She could have dragged Perez much more relevantly without resorting to that.
