Well you gotta look at the fact that everything released before "Gimme More" was on retail store sales only. Britney has never really flopped, just during the "Britney" era and there was a reason for that, a real reason.
The album sold almost 5 million copies with flop singles. Only Britney can do that.
^I'm gonna keep mentioning Paula until she recovers from a slew of flops. (joke, seriously I love Paula. you saw my chart peakings for her on M4B right?)
WOW AT COLBIE. IMO, this is a bigger wow than Apologize gaining +1600 and Kanye gaining +1000 which some people expected......nobody expected Bubbly to be almost +600.

Colbie gaining +570, Kanye gaining +1000 or Timbaland gaining +1600? Keep in mind, Timbaland has had 2 straight #1 pop hits and Kanye currently has the #1 single in the land, Colbie is......a singer/songwriter from Malibu.
None were really a big surprise to me. "Bubbly" is getting promoted everywhere, commercials, on TV shows, VH1, so it was pretty obvious it was going to see the success of other songs that got that kind of exposure (i.e. The Fray singles)
"Apologize" was kind of a surprise, I knew it would be big if released the moment I heard it on the CD, but i didn't think it'd break +1600 so quickly or at all.
Kanye gaining back up to +1000 isn't surprising. He knows how to get people to notice and play him.
apologizeīs huge bullet surprises me the most....itīs a third single, with no video and a pretty unknown (to the masses) singer....itīs a great song, so we can say that it has such bullet because ppl simply like it...
