I'm pretty sure she'll leave (with some of her team too). I think that she made that pretty clear with her NARM speech & the whole "I'm creating a new label" thing. (I also think that's the reason why the song with Rih hasn't happened yet )

I asked that a couple months ago and got told contract are usually signed on an album-by-album basis, which doesn't really make sense to me, unless the person was referring to non-superstars. I know she signed a new contract with Capitol between OOTB and TD, but I don't know any details of it.
