How much do y'all think people earn from album sales? That $7m is massive if it's based purely on music sales and streaming, most of the $40/$33 million came from endorsements made prior to Gaga flopping/Katy smashing rather than from what they actually sold.

Yep Gaga made $80 because she released a perfume and was on tour. In 2013 she did none of those things. The question is why when Katy is meant to be at her best is she only earning $7m more? They were active during the time frame, released the same amount of singles, and Katy had the added advantage of releasing a perfume.
