GH is repetitive, the end is not needed.
HU & Americano are both extremely polarizing, so to satisfy everyone they were the best songs to cut considering tons of people are not fans of them. Bad Kids was seen as filler by the majority of people when the album was released. And Judas is cut so that the storyline of the tour flows properly. And she was obviously going to cut all the older songs, this is the BTW Ball after all.

Government Hooker is fine the way it is. It took me a few listens to even realise it was cut down, because it is so repetitive.
On HU and Americano. The entire album is polarising. Many people disliked Fashion of His Love and Black Jesus, yet even though they were only included on the special edition album, they are basically performed in full. HU and Americano have more potential to fit into the story line. Judas was a single and regardless of anything else, should be played in full.
And I was the one who was all for cutting down or excluding non-BTW tracks, to accommodate for full BTW tracks.
