nahh i mean in the pokemon red/blue etc games (the only ones i ever really played) when you catch an abra you have to train it up to like lv 18 or something to evolve, but its **** cos it cant learn attacks for while
the best way to level aba/magickarp up is fight high leveld pokemon with a pokemon with sleep power. Put them to sleep switch to magicarp, next turn switch back and use the other one to kill it and it get's the shared exp.

what about leveling magicrap to garados, so annoying.
I do that aswell.
