Hollywood is racist, but sometimes when you're very talented you don't get shoved into a racially stereotypical role.
For example, Arabs always get cast as terrorists but king Rami Malek got to lead an entire show on his own and he's anything but a terrorist on it.
Niecy just excels at one type of roles.
It's so not getting past season 2.
