The fact that she is going to do an interview makes me think that there is, indeed, a plan to send it for adds to Pop (but of course, I'm being hopeful here). I just hope they don't wait too long to do so. June 30th or July 7th would be perfect.
I was rewatching the Sparks performances from last week and I have to say I'm so glad that she's looking so much more comfortable performing. She needs to not stop anytime soon.
Ideally, the song would go for adds on July 7th to give some space to Selena's single. After that, it'll start climbing and she can continue doing radio promo throughout July and then in early-mid August hit us with So You Think You Can Dance, Teen Choice Awards, and Jimmy Kimmel performances after Sparks (hopefully) goes top 40. Also, Sparks should be discounted for at least two weeks sometime around that performances.
She could use July to also promote in another country.
