I did, and I really enjoyed the subtlety of the song when I perceived it this way. Then she was all sassy in the music video and I got what she was going for.

I don't agree about the guy being irrepleacable but she obviously cares about him. To me studio version always sounded like she is cool and unbothered by that guys behaviour (could you walk and talk at the same time line is ♥) until the last part after to the left break when she can't control her anger anymore.
