Ever since iTunes has switched to that rounding mess, it's possible for more than one song to appear at 1.0000, but in actuality he might be at .9750 or close to 1. She's still #1 on iTunes though

No way. Whistle is still far from even reaching top 5 on Hot 100 so let's stop worrying. The problem lies within CMM and PP. Those two needs to fall faster.
