I'm at 3,016 songs total. I'm currently cleaning out my library and deleting songs though because my iPhone is almost full.

You click "download file" from whichever host you want then it will take you to the page for that host. I recommend zippyshare.

-_- just make it so it only syncs checked songs + uncheck the ones you don't want on it, or make a playlist and set it to sync from that

I've tried unchecking before but it didn't work. Maybe I need to change a setting or something?

Either that or it does work, but it still stays on my iPhone for some reason. Maybe I should just re-sync everything.
